Participate in the first 5 years parenting workshop. The 4-session series will teach parents about a child’s development, preventing tantrums, using mindfulness to keep calm, & six ways to prepare a child for school success. For session 3, you are so busy taking care of the children, but who takes care of you? This workshop will teach parents and caregivers about self-care and the importance of taking care of yourself strengthens your bond with your child.
