Participate in the first 5 years parenting workshop. The 4-session series will teach parents about a child’s development, preventing tantrums, using mindfulness to keep calm, & six ways to prepare a child for school success. Session 2: Help nurture children with the right combination of positive discipline; learn how to encourage positive behavior. Open to caregivers and parents of children birth to age 5.
