If you voted at the correct polling place, provided proper identification and are registered to vote in the county in which you voted, your provisional ballot will be counted.
LIST ONE- Valid AZ driver license- Valid AZ identification card- Valid United States federal, state, or local government issued identification- Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification

LIST 2- Utility bill with your correct name and address that is dated within 90 days of the date of the election. A utility bill may be for electric, gas, water, solid waste, sewer, telephone, cellular phone, or cable TV.- Bank or credit union statement dated withing 90 days of the date of the election- Valid AZ Vehicle Registration- Indian census card- Property tax statement of voter's residence- Tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification- AZ vehicle insurance card- Recorder's Certificate- Valid US federal, state, or local government issued ID, including a voter registration card issued by the County Recorder- Any mailing to the registered voter that is marked "Official Election Material"
