Town Clerk's Office

Mission Statement:

"The Mission of the Gila Bend Town Clerk's Office is to record, maintain, and preserve, records of all Town business; to provide accurate information in a timely manner to both staff and to the public; to provide for the fair issuance and enforcement of business licensing; and to conduct impartial Town elections."


The Town Clerk’s Office provides a variety of information, services, and support to town staff, elected officials, and the public at large. In addition to keeping the records for the town, the Clerk’s Office is also responsible for:
  • Human Resources
  • Legal ad postings
  • Notary Services
  • Records management and records requests
  • Support to the Town Manager as well as the Mayor and Town Council
  • Visitor Center & Museum operations
